“ Delicious, mindblowing flavors... but incredibly expensive even if you do the Ala carte. If you have a big appetite and a smaller budget, recommend eating a burger or burrito a few hours before and then fully enjoying the flavors of the dishes without feeling the need to fill up. The yellowtail with jalapenos was perfection, but so was the red snapper with yuzu and olive oil. New style sashimi salmon with chive and all the flavors. The sauces should be drunk, they are so tasty! Ask to be sat in the back of the restaurant, sitting next to the casino walkway isnt the vibe you want for the price you pay. ”
“ Really enjoyed our visit to Nobu in the Paris Hotel. We were able to sit up by the sushi bar and it made the whole night so fun and special. We were able to chat with the sushi chefs who were all so so nice and fantastic at their jobs. It was a lot of fun to watch. Plus the sushi was incredible. ”
“ This would also be a 5 Star restaurant in Tokyo. Started with the Lychee Elderflower cocktail and a plum wine highball which is on the secret menu. Our exceptional server Naomi was attentive and top notch. Sharing plates was fun and watching the kitchen staff do their magic was memorable. Loved the eggplant miso, mushroom soup, eel cucumber roll, black cod miso. We saved room for dessert and shared the bento box which had a flourless chocolate lava cake and ceremonial grade green tea ice cream. The wife said it was the best green tea ice cream ever. The miso glaze needs to be bottled and sold online. ”
“ Amazing food and amazing service. The staff were so kind and helpful. You definitely need to go into this place with the proper expectations in mind. You arent going to get a mountain worth of food and it is going to be expensive, but its a good experience and the food is definitely worth it. Some of the best I have ever had. Also, the sake was amazing. ”
“ When I first entered The Victory at the Front, the host welcomed me warmly, gave me a good seat, and was very kind, asking me what I needed. Later, someone came to take my order, and the food arrived quickly. I loved it! I ordered shrimp tempura and a California roll such beautiful food, a beautiful ambiance, and excellent service!! ”
“ Nobu lives up to the hype, yall. Every bite we had was excellent. The Miso Cod was unbelievable. It was our best bite of the entire week! You must order it. The bang bang shrimp were the best we have ever had. The lamb was excellent, the steak was great. The service was spot on. The cocktails were delicious. This place is a 1010 ”
“ The food was remarkable. Each dish had a rich and unique flavor. This is a place where you savor the tast of each item as they are so rich and amazing in taste. ”
“ I would like to start by saying Ive not done much with real sushi. The Calofornia Roll you get from Target is not what you come here for. You can find a tldr at the bottom of this review. We happened to make a random decision to go to Nobu in Paris in Vegas, no reservation. The hostess worked with the manager to find seating for us, which was so kind since they could have simply told us they were full. We took some seats at the bar, and the gentlemen behind the counter were attentive and informative for a beginner like myself. I started with a Mango Passion cocktail, and it was dangerously delicious. So well made I could barely taste the alcohol. Some Crispy Rise with Tuna and a couple of Tempura Shrimp made for a great starter for me and my other half. A few other rolls were had, Salmon and Spicy Tuna, for the two of us. Our friend had more, but I cant speak for their experience other than t say they have come to this Nobu many times. By the end, we were able to all leave satisfied with our meals and a wonderful evening. I cant suggest them enough for a light evening meal. TLDR PORTION. The food is great. Portions may feel small, but the quality more than makes up. Call ahead to make a reservation, and put a conservative budget at 150200 a person depending on food and drinks desired. ”
